  GT Mediterranean Grill is a locally owned Mediterranean restaurant in Fairfield, California, proudly located in the Fairfield Solano Town Center.


In 2022, a dedicated team member embraced a meaningful opportunity to continue the legacy of a beloved Bay Area restaurant originally founded by a cherished Afghan family. Built on respect for tradition, culture, and community, that passion for great food has now evolved into an exciting new chapter. We are happy to announce that GT Mediterranean Grill is now open!
